Swap my mags for your spokers? In LA

Hey all, I posted this a couple years ago and never got it going but want to give it another try...
Anyone with a Bonnie wanna swap their spoke wheels for my '09 Bonnie mag wheels? There are 8k miles on them in pretty good condition, there's a scrape on one of them, I can show pics if I get any bites.
It sounds like easiest is to swap out the whole bottom half of the forks with the wheel and speedo cord included, then just a standard swap for the back.
I'm in LA for another couple weeks if anyone here in SoCal is interested, then I'll be headed back up to portland in mid November if anyone up in the NW is interested.

Cheers, peace, n two wheels.

I have two sets of spokers and I'm keeping them both but they did come with the fork legs if you are interested in a set. It would be on your way home. You should check the other threads on swapping. Some people will tell you it is an easy swap. It isn't. The mag wheel bikes have a wider spacing in the trees. You will have to compensate.

Like Olhogrider notes, the triple trees are different spread. There is machining work entailed when fitting the mag wheel setup to the spoked wheel triple clamps...you have to narrow things down by about 1/8" to get things to fit w/o spreading the forks laterally.

To be a direct fit, you actually have to swap everything from the triple trees down (sans fender and caliper).
