I see, so since my VIN is 51xxxx it is below the number where they switched to 2 pin flashers, that explains why mine is still the 3 pin model. Interesting.

The one I have is a 2 pin.
I need to find something considerably cheaper than $109 + shipping to the UK. It wiould makr my FEK's far too expensive and I do want to continue offering a plug'n'play item.

Can you post a link to the $109 unit you are referring to? I'm happy to help in the search and I'm curious to know what you're looking at.

This isn't as tidy as a pure swap for the existing relay, but looks like an easy enough unit to install.

For those with the 2012+ models with 2-pin denso plug. The SM-3S apears to be the answer if you are looking for a self cancelling relay. I just ordered on and will post results
