What would you ride *besides* a Triumph?
This is a Triumph website for us Triumph enthusiasts.
That said... there is a whole world of cool [and some not-so-cool] other bikes out there.
Today's question: What would you ride if -- just for fantasy hypothetical sake -- you couldn't have a Triumph?
[For those of you that have an "off-brand" second bike already, this should be an easy one.]

My other bike is a 748 naked cafe I built.
I wouldn't mine getting my hands on an old RD500 as a nice little project though. USD forks, and a monoshock swinger....that would be fun.
My thruxton is probably the first and only bike I'll ever buy and keep how it is. Any future bikes I purchase will be hand built projects like my ducati. I haven't really found much else out there that 'speaks to me' per say, and building it is the easiest way to make it everything you want right from the start.

Well if my Triumphs suddenly disappeared, I guess I would have to ride my Ducati or the Norton. This past weekend, I tried to buy a BMW R1200C, so that might be a choice. There aren't many current Japanese bikes that really appeal to me, not that I wouldn't ride one if it was my only alternative.

If I could afford it a MV Augusta, if not a Yamaha RZ350.

I'd probably want a Guzzi (been pondering one for a while), maybe another Duc or another old Airhead. The new Norton looks like fun if not a tad pricey.

Aircooled twins in general are the way to go...there's something pleasantly motorcyclish about them.

I like the Guzzi Sport, the BMW 1200 adventurer appeals, but I'd miss my Triumphs.
If the last bike in the world was the worst bike ever built, I'd still ride it.
