We all got a little misty eyed reading your farewell letter some months back..you're about as old school Bonneville as it gets.SO can you give us your impressions on being back on an America;is it working for you ?Are you taking a more relaxed pace or working the longer bike thru the twisties like before? It's gotta feel quite different...PS glad you didn't end up on a Goldwing :-D

Thanks, I'm back to where it all started with the new Triiumph line. I got a TBA in Oct of 01, went thru a couple of SM's and then the T 100, which caused me to want to ride harder and faster than I should be doing. Had to cool down so to speak, been working on the Black America and have it just about where I want it, just need to modify the heel/toe shifter to where it works correctly and I will be set for those warm days to come...at a bit slower pace. But there are lots of great roads at my back door here in North Georgia, Tenn and the Carolinas. Great to be back enjoying life with a bike.
Thanks again.

So glad to hear you are riding again!! :upthumb: I hope to meet you this Spring/Summer. Do you plan to attend the NTBF rally at Deal's Gap (Thursday - Sunday, the first weekend in May)?

Already knew you were back, but congrats again anyways. Interesting that you found yourslf riding more agressively on the T100. So what do you attriubute it to? Why did you choose the America this time over the Speedmasters you used to own?

Wish I could make it out to the Georgia Rally...one of these years. You doin' the BBQing again this year?

Glad to hear you're back! The youngsters are kinda out-numbering us by a bunch so we need all the help we can get. :-D

I haven't seen a thread on this forum yet. Usually, Chris from NTBF posts it here. If he hasn't done so by the first of the year, I will post the details when I get back from Seattle.
