Morning All,

I've been admiring some of the photos posted on our site and was wondering what it would cost to put chrome side covers on my Bonneville. I went to the Triumph website and checked their list of accessories .... chrome side covers were not there. I remember them being listed before, but, the Triumph US site no longer shows them as available.

Does anyone know where I could locate a set to for an '01 Bonnie?

Has anyone had their stock side covers chromed at a shop?

Thanks folks.

The chrome side covers you are looking for are Triumph part no. A9738060 and list for $185/pair. You can get them for $167 from Hermy's in Port Clinton, PA.

Thanks man, those are the ones. Wonder why they no longer show on the Triumph site? I appreciate your help.

I have them for my Bonnie and I like them. (I also have the rarely seen chrome side stand....just for bling)

I think they look really good on some bikes, but out of place on others. It depends on your colour scheme and style of bike.

dardoonk, I've never noticed that the covers were not available for the SM and BA....that's interesting.

Looks great on yours Mark! I can barely see that sidestand in the up postion on one of your left side shots. Now all you need to do is chrome that center stand..I know you've thought about it too! :-D

I've got a 2005 T100 and I'd much rather have the base model's polished and lacquered side covers and front sprocket cover. I'm more than willing, I'm eager, to swap!

Thanks Ridge,

If there would have been an option for a chrome centerstand, I probably would have went that route. But I won't take anything stock and have it chrome dipped. That way, if I ever get sick of chrome, I still have all of my stock parts.
