British Customs

Say what you will about BC.
Ok, so I ordered several parts about 3 weeks ago. Got all of them except one. That particular part, which makes all the other parts come together, wont be in for 2 more weeks. However, I had the best conversation today with them. They were very excited about my bike. We had a long conversation about my mods, my bike, motorcycles, cafe racers, etc. Probably the best conversation I've had in a while. They wanted pics of my bike. recognized and pointed out all my purchases in detail ,and thanks me for my support. Then, gave me a SWEET discount on the $200 part on back order. Probably the best customer service experience I've had. BC will have my business forever. Thanks guys. You rock. Please support this great company who simply loves bikes. Along with Dime City Cycles, they are top notch and deserve your support.

I just purchased a Dart windscreen, Triumph bar end mirrors and a set of BC Sleepers, all arrived on time and is installed on my Bonneville. I am very happy with Britsh Customs and will return for my next mod.

The thing I like about BC is that Sean actually knows his **** when it comes to Triumph motorcycles. I've ordered from them 5-6 times since I bought my bike last year (including cocktail shaker pipes). I have an order on it's way to me now.. and it's expected on Saturday. This latest order has taken slightly longer then the other orders.. but only about a week delay.

They are helpful.. know their ****.. and I agree.. customer service is fantastic. I'll continue buying my mods from BC.

I can't tell you how much support they have given me and my riding group over the last year and a half. They treat us like kings.

I love BC. Just wish they'd given more thought to adding a center & side-stand bracket to the Predator silencers. Huge case of myopia there.

Ive had nothing but great dealings with Sean. Orders always went through easily, stuff was shipped in a timely manner and showed up well packaged! I'll be ordering more odds and ends shortly!

I too am happy that they exist. Like I said in one of the rant posts from a week or so ago they cater specifically to our bikes, and that's relatively rare. So I'm ok with their growing pains and stuff because I wan't them to survive and do well, especially when so many other small businesses are disappearing. I also think it's awesome to have guys like them and Joker Machines, Bella, Dime City all pretty much focusing on the cafe racer motorbike genre. Two years ago I started looking for a bike after not having one for years and I just couldn't get excited about any of the mainstream bikes. I like a naked bike, I like retro, and I like simplicity. Triumph's modern classics line were exactly what I was looking for. They're not rockets, but I'm never unhappy on my bike. Having shops like BC, et al that fabricate mods that I just don't have the tools/skill/time/whatever to do myself is just awesome and adds a lot to the cafe racer culture.

I ordered BC's fender eliminator kit back in April and it hasn't arrived yet. But they also haven't charged my card, so even though I would really like to have it installed already I'll just work on other stuff until it arrives. My eyes are on the suspension system.
