The temperature has dropped and I noticed an increase in blue pipes. Is it a cold air on pipes thing or does the engine run more lean in cold temps?

Your right on it bosoxrider. It's running lean on condensed air. Shouldn't hurt your pipes to bad.

Thanks Bryan. Single digit mornings now; we'll check to see how lean it runs then.

Come on guys! You're kidding, right? You stop riding when the temperature drops below freezing? That's two~three good months riding lost!

now the cold weather is here for some, it is worth checking your tyre pressures as the cold reduces the pressure by a surprising amount...

........I'd be willing to give you 40 degree's up there. That would balance us out and we could both still ride.
