For those of us living in the cold parts or places where it can get a little crazy riding in the winter, I'm curious as to what people have lined up for the winter.
and drinking beers in your garage while sitting on you bike doesn't count, otherwise I logged a lot hours last year.

It's 80 freakin degrees here and I got the bike all tore apart. Got lulled into thinkin it was winter cause it sprinkled one night a couple weeks ago:
Ignition relocation (ala T1) - complete!
Rear Fender elimination. New Taillight & Turns Signals
Airbox elimination: K&N pods & airbox removal kit
Paint Front Fender to match the tank
Upgrade forks: RaceTech emulators & Springs...
It's sunny now, but as soon as I get it all back together and light it up, you just know it's gonna rain.. and then I'll be reduced to beer drinkin in the garage and makin vrooom, vrooom sounds..
It's all good.

If that doesn't count, then I'm not doing anything.
Kidding, in all seriousness, my friend and I are planning to work on a Tiger Cub rebuild for his wife. We'll see how lucky we get.

This isn't it, but close to this style.

I put my bike on the pavement (albeit lightly) back in September. The damage wasn't horrible to the bike, but I suffered a few broken bones (I used to bounce, but I'm starting to get a little old) so I'm just getting around to repairs. The bike was totally rideable, but I decided to give it a facelift anyway. The bodywork is out getting painted (sort've based on the '65 T120...Pacific Blue, Silver Sheen, and gold coach lines), and my new pipes (Bellacorse Teardrops) should be arriving today. I'll be doing some intake tweaking, adding a bar-end mirror, and fine tuning my front spring rate. Already completed is the gold enamel treatment to the "Triumph" logo embossed on the seat. I'll post photos when done. After that I'm going to rebuild my mountain bike...

Cool, good luck with your project. I was bring some stuff to the dump last week and saw an old Honda 50 in the trash. Even though it's a Honda, something still hit me about seeing a piece of history in fairly good condition sitting there to rot. I would have grabbed it if it was an old brit or bmw.

Big bore kit and have real wheel rebuilt after breaking a spoke. Thinking of getting an aluminum rim put on. Thinking of upgrading brakes to match upgrade in power. Finally may put on FCR carbs if I feel real frisky.
