how can a high sissy bar cost 215quid?its 2 pieces of tubing, chromed and some padded leather.the profit margin on this has to be tremendous.anyone in the uk know a supplier of something similar?

Good question. That does seem high, have you thought of getting a fabricator to make one for you?

a quid is an english pound i dont know the exchange rate but what i said is true .it does not matter what you charge for something...someone will buy it even if its just to say i can afford this.i have bought the centre stand and sissy bar but mainly because the bike was bought for me and it would be ungracious not to buy the(genuine) parts.i have to say the t100 bonneville is an eye cacther and i find very lively(its not run in yet)but my point is that most of us know how cheaply china ,india ,and in some cases america can produce all kinds of parts then i really think the triumph prices are over the top .many thanks for your comment.

I can't believe the price for the back rest either...I have been looking for cheaper options for when I take longer rides two-up.
