I'm trying to find a relatively quiet full face helmet that will reduce wind noise as much as possible. Any suggestions?

Bill

I do wear ear plugs, don't like windshields and don't need a German tank.

I have a HJC AC-11 it does the job pretty well for a inexpensive helmet.

I bought a KBC-VR1 suppsed to be one of the quietest. Works for me but I think I should have got a size smaller, its a bit loose now.
A new helmet should be tight to the point where it almost uncomfortable, then it will fit nice after it moulds itself to the shape of your head. (or vice versa)

.Sorry! I couldn't help it. I like my scorpion EXO700. It's light comfortable, the interior is machine washable, The visor comes right off with a twist lock on each side of the helmet. The wind turbulence is very minimal if not unnoticeable but the noise level is a little high compared to higher priced lids but quieter than my KBC. Around $160 to $175 will get you one. Road Rider sent mine with free shipping.

I have a KBC FFR. Its a flip front(lift up chinbar & visor) I wear glasses & I can put on w/glasses on. Std full face have to stick glasses thru opening. Its the best helmet I've ever had but I can't say it is totally without wind noise. Is there such-I don't know---

I've got an HJC CL-14 and it is pretty quiet. I don't have anything to compare it to though. Then again maybe I am just going deaf.

Hu ….. that means you will also reduce the throbbing sound of the bike, can’t imagine doing that. :hammer:
