I recently purchased the Roadster screen for my 04 America, had no trouble fitting it, except for :-
Converting the metric Nm (newton-meters) that the Brits are apparently using now, to foot-pounds that my torque wrench is calibrated to. TIP - multiply Nm by .738 gives you ft-lbs!
Last step before conpletion, fitting the indicator (turn-signal) extension brackets. There were no instructions on which way to fit these and no diagram! I think the idea is either to prevent the screen trim from obstructing the indicators or to reduce reflection on the back of the screen for the rider.
The question is are the extension brackets meant to extend the indicators outward toward the handgrips or more forward toward the screen?
