OK, so I'm changing my front sprocket, which everyone says is a 30 minute job, and now three hours later, I'm still trying to brute force the new sprocket on the counter shaft. Uh, not-so-much. So how did everyone else accomplish this so easily?

It is pretty simple.
I even did it.

Rather than using brute force, perhaps you should have tried using the proper tools. Joe :???:

Right, great idea. The only problem is that reading posts on this forum, everyone made it sound much easier than it was. Noone ever mentioned loosening the rear axle, which is probably simple for some, but was something I wasn't prepared for. So...lesson learned. :-D
