I don't balance my carbs after jet changes. I believe it takes more than changing jets to get them out of sync. I have changed main jets two or three times in one day when I was experimenting trying to get to a too rich condition to select the proper size. Since I have the tool (Carbtune II), I try to use it every 6 months or so--I have found very little adjustment is needed and I probably didn't need to balance them the last time I did the balance.
