According to my service guy, some sets of TORs come from Triumph with jets and some do not. What they do is put on the pipes and check the mixtures, if they believe it needs re-jetting, they do it. Otherwise, it's left the way it was, regardless of whether or not jets came with the TORs.

Triumph recommends 115 main jets with TORS on 01 to 04 Bonnevilles and T100s. The 115 main jets with TORS would probably be too rich on the 05 T100 with the different taper(Thruxton) carb needles unless you remove the snorkel. The 110 stock main jets on the 05 T100 may be OK. Try it with the stock 110s and maybe 112s and see which feel better, by your seat-of-the-pants dyno. As for the pilot screws, 3 to 3.25 turns out should be close.

I mounted my long TOR pipes right at 300 miles on the bike. Had the dealer do the 600 mile service. He did rejet the carbs, to what size I don't know. Let's just say 'stuff happened" and I have a bag of items I don't seem to need which must have fell off the bike. :-D
Bike runs good.

I see, so there's a difference in the newer T100's mixture--very interesting. I'll give them a shot and see what happens. The bike is running quite hot now--must be lean as heck--pipes are nice and blue at 500mi.

Thanks for the info.

Liontari,

If you don't remove the AI(air injection) on your bike the headers may blue past the second turn. Kits are available from Newbonneville.com or BellaCorse.com.

I take it TORs are Triumph Off Road Pipes? If so, my 790 T100 runs them jetted at 115 main and a little richer with the d-screw. Runs great! Looking for more power, Scotty......

Yup, TOR = Triumph off-roads.

Where in Indiana are you?
