Does anyone out there in Twin land know of an online site that sells OEM Triumph parts? I am very happy with the bike, but I can see that in the future, I'd better get the service manual and a torque wrench. The "local" dealers just do not seem to have any personnel that care to order parts, such as stock grips, the ever loosening side cover bolts ect.... . Don't even get started on the time it takes to turn a bike around in servicing. One of the local guys doesn't even work on them. Please send help!

Try PJ's Triumph in New Mexico. I have been ordering parts from them for a while and they are easy to work with, have a good stock or parts, and ship fast. They also have a pretty good web site.

Thanks for the info! Like I said, I really like the bike and would like to support the dealers better, but it just seems to take so long to get stuff for basic up keep and it gets frustrating. Must just be where I live!

My dealer 55+ miles away I realized when I bought the bike it would only be visiting there on serious warranty stuff
The ride down there is on a road that could be in downtown Bagdad Life threatening on days IN A CAR! So far so good reliability wise Always do pre-flight check tho

Ride On!

Amen to that! The dealer I bought from has a GREAT service department, but they can't afford a parts person, so you have to pester a wrench to get it done for parts. Seems like a part timer from Memorial Day to Labor day would let them make more money, but what do I know..... The next dealer over is a real buffoon. Has a great "boutique" on the highway and a nice sign, just like Triumph is pushing on the dealers, but is the most arrogant bunch I've met. They lost two sales from me, my first was the Bonneville and the second is the Yamaha R1 I just put money on to use for Sport Touring. I know I can get parts anywhere for them.

Team Triumph in Janesville, WI also has a good reputation. Triumph is all they sell, and they will ship parts.

I have ordered OEM parts (and the Norman Hyde Classic silencers) from Hermy's in PA and have been quite satisfied. From PA to TN, parts that they have in stock take 2-3 days, via UPS, while parts that they have to order from GA take 7-10 days. Shipping is cheap. If you go to http://www.motorcyclestore.us/triumph/
you can get their phone number. I have only ordered on the phone, but that way you can find out immediately what is in stock and what must be ordered.
