Unless you are 10 years old and riding a Schwinn Stingray, apehangers are nothing but funny. Putting them on a Bonneville should result in an immediate, unconditional ban from this forum. If we can't agree on this, I don't think we can agree on anything.

most dangerous assessory to any bike is the 'nut' that joins the hadlebar to the seat.

Most dangerous mod you can make to the handling is a girlfriend over a 150lbs....

In Texas you are not required to have signal lights if you use hand signals. You have to have a light over your license plate, but no signal lights.

Putting on a small discrete taillight is asking for trouble. If people can see you are stoopping them you risk being rear ended.
