Has anybody tried and succeeded in putting Speedmaster raisers (or similar) in to America? Without changing the cables?
I have long legs and short arms ( not a gorilla-type) and just need to have the handle-bars a little bit closer...... :???:

To go the full ditance of the Speedmaster risers, you'll need new cables. Using a 1" spacer under the stock riser is about as tall as you'll be able to get with the stock setup.

Jim's Spacers for America

I just ordered a set of these for my America.
Not sure if I want to commit the $$ to custom cables at this point.
