09 Bonnie stock seat - 06 Bonnie

Can anyone confirm that the stock Bonneville seat from a 2009 model will fit fine on a 2006 T-100? I found one cheap that I may buy and attempt to modify. Thanks.

to my best knowledge it does. My 2010 Thrux seat fits on my Cousins 06 Bonnie and it works the other way too. I believe the Bonnie/T100, Scram and Thrux all have the same mounts. I read a while back that the FI bikes seats cant fit the carbed ones but I disproved that one. at leaast in the FI thrux - Carbed Bonnie case.

I have a 2004 T100 and 2009 bonnie black. I regularly swap 3 different seats between them. The only thing different on the 2009 seat is a deeper indentation underneath for increased electrical components on the 2009 bike. This is slight and has not caused any fitting issues.

I can also confirm that the seats are interchangeable between the bikes.

Cheers
