Will "invisible" tires work on my Bonneville?

Saw these pics of new invisible car tires, thought they might be cool on a bike, but I'm not sure you'd be able to lean into turns...

Not quite on the market, but surely coming soon, since they're immune to puncture... Perhaps a motorcycle version is on the horizon?

and the wheels in motion.. The car "floats" on it's rims...

There's already enough whining about having to clean the spokes. This would put some of the more 'anal" types over the edge...

I would have a hard time trusting those... just like the "solid" plastic tires that came in "many colors"... just not there yet.

Well, yeah, I can see some redesign necessary for
motorcycle application, but I'd really like to see that
auto tire under some really high lateral stress from
fast cornering.

I can't see that working for motorcycles. We need to lean, and therefore the tread needs to wrap around, unlike a care where the tread can be flat. You could make a bike tire this way I suppose, but it wouldn't be "invisible".

Sure you'll never have a puncture. But as motorcycle tyres need to wrap around, they'll fill up with rainwater, and worse if the neighbour's dog decides to urinate IN your tyres.

Besides, what's wrong with filling them with air? Air's free isn't it?
