Has anyone seen the 2010 T100 SE, its BLACK. I'm not sure about the seat and fork gaters. http://londonbikers.com/news/12692/t...e-t100-colours

Appears to be something wrong with those gaiters, they're half way down the stanchions...

Well spotted! But it looks to be deliberate.

Doesn't removing the stripes and the chrome make it the same thing as the old Bonnie Black, only with a tach and fork gaitors? Are they still charging the premium price of the T100?

Given current configuration of the standard Bonnie Black, differences will also be that you get the peashooter mufflers on this bike as well as the larger Spoked Wheels and larger fenders.
That article linked to above says they are selling for £6,499 which is US$10,5000.
So NO, it is just a Blacked Out T100 that they want $2000 more for! It is probably cheaper for them to paint it all black than to two-tone it with hand painted stripes... they get more cash for less effort (imho), but sell it to you as you getting more by calling it a Special Edition.
That being said I do like it and want it.

Yes,
I have a 2007 Bonnie Black and it is identical to the new T100SE Black. This is a joke considering the Bonnie black was about 1000 less then the T100 because the T100 came with chrome, a tack and 2-tone paint job. Slap fork gaiters on my bike and you have the new T100 SE......

As much as I love Triumph this new T100SE doesn't seem to great.

Here is the 07BBlack as purchased.

Not alot of difference except a $50.00 set of gaiters......

Wow. What's old is new again.
I could be wrong, but a backed out T-100 is not a T-100. It's a Bonnie Black with spoke wheels,Tach & fork gaiters. I like the look, but if they are going to charge more than say a Black SE, then I think they are barking up the wrong tree. Perhaps they should make it it's own spot in the lineup. Call it something else, I don't know, SES or Bonnie Black Limited. I'm not a marketing wonk, but it seems like it should be it's own animal.
