Sticking Progressive Shocks?

I have some progressive shocks on my bonnie and I was trying to adjust them today. Couldn't get them to budge. Any hints on getting them to let loose?

You could put a little lube near the preload ramps at the bottom. Do you have a spanner type wrench to change preload?

a little penetrating oil on the cams and either putting the bike on the centerstand if you have one, or on a lift. Taking the weight of the bike off the shocks should make the preload easier to adjust

jacked it up off the floor so no wieght on the backend... still no go. couple taps with a rubber mallet and that was it.
sometimes just doing things when you're not in a big hurry helps a lot.

What brand are they? Ikon just rebuilt mine for free. Even though they were out of warranty. So if they give you anymore grief, send them back.
