Has anyone joined the Riders Association of Triumph? Is it worth it? Thanks

I joined. Received my card yesterday. Can't say whether it's worth it as I know little about the Association and have not yet attended any of their events. But that will all change soon.

Didn't you get a free years membership when you purchased your bike? Look for the next issue of Torque to show up in your mailbox.

Interesting. I haven't received any notification or Torque pub in my mailbox.

It takes about 4 months for the first magazine and your card to show up...bought my bike September 2004 and didn't get my card or Torque magazine until Feb 2005

If you purchased new you should receive a whole RAT package including pin, patch, sticker and subscription to Torque. As far as what discounts membership gives you, aside from entrance to organized RAT events and a warm sense of belonging, I'm not sure.

The wealth of information and sharing of tips, tricks, and techniques will be well worth the renewal when my year is up.

From what I see, people on this forum have been very generous with their time to answer questions of all complexities.

(I received my packet a few weeks after purchase.)

(I do not work for R.A.T)

Be safe.

I think the speed that your dealer submits your paperwork will directly reflect how long it takes to get your free membership.
I got my packet in the mail just a few short weeks after my purchase.
