I actually think the 50-60s British Rocker look goes best with the Bonnie although I personally would never dress that way.

My only concession to style, trends, or color co-ordinating is my Arai "Alan Cathcart" replica Signet GT helmet which I only wear when I'm on the Bonnie. Otherwise it's a white HJC geeky lid and other functional nerdy attire.

I have a white full face helmet and wear a blue Triumph Vented Raptor jacket with jeans. I am going to purchase some riding jeans. I don't give hoot how I look; I want safety and comfort. I do try to avoid black. It's just to hot in the Florida sun.

I just checked out the following helmets; Nolan flip-ups, Shoei rf1000 & x11, HJC Symax flip-up, Arai Signet and Icon Alliance/Mainframe. All good helmets. This is how they ranked on my oddball head.

1-Icon
2-Arai Signet
3-HJC Symax
4-Shoei
5-Nolan

Fit (& price) are pushing me to Icon.

Black Scorpion helmet, black gloves, black leather jacket with Meridian style Triumph logo on back, black chaps and black work boots. The wife is in black, black, black, black and black. If I do say so myself she looks great in Black. I on the other hand just blend in with her leathers. :-D

I have always liked having something "different". I am using the Schuberth Concept flip up full faced helmet. I also wear Spidi full leathers in blue/black/silver/white and Garne rear entry roadrace boots in blue/black. I like knowing that I am a lot easier to be seen. Visibility IS safety as much as anything. The D&D's also help to be noticed!! :-D
