Does anyone know where I can find goggles that fit over eyeglasses? I've never worn contacts, and I'd like to get a pair of goggles to go with a half helmet I wear on neighborhood riding.

Thanks

Panthermark I use these - only with a very dark tinted reflective lens. High quality - no issues. I'll even wear with my full face helmet (visor removed)- gives me better airflow in the warm months. JCW

UVEX makes some cool goggles, plus UVEX also is real good about being shatter-proof. I took a large rock to mine about two weeks ago. It webbed the glass but didn't shatter. Scared the hell out of me though. Look for splinter-proof as well.

Panther,

I have a set very similar to these:

Dennis Kirk Goggles

The ones that I have do not allow for eyeglasses, but these are similar in price and appearance. There are good if you like that Red Baron look.

Try your US BMW site, there are some great Messerschmitt type goggs ,but I've got to say, try a open face witha decent drop down visor , like the Arai SZ , which stops the airborn debris of gravel , earth , and insectoid lifeforms , impacting on your face.

When is your test/course coming up?

All the best

I've got a pair of Halcyon WWII (style) googles which gives me that nastalgic look when out on the Thruxton. They are of exceptional quality (UK made) with clear (replaceable) glass lense.

I am able to comfortably wear my sunglasses beneath and when the light levels drop, I can simple just wear the goolges. They make them in a range of colours so you may be able to match them to your bike. When not in use, I sit them atop my 3/4 face helmet.

My course in not until September. I'm leaving work early tomorrow to go get my permit.

Hey Panthermark,
Try this site. Different styles for lids and goggs.
