New Tires and cush drive last weekend. Michelin Pilot Activ front and rear. Change of pace from the Avon Roadriders. No problem with the Avons, 12K rear , 26K front.
The fresh cush drive blocks took all the slack out of rear sprocket. (1/4 to 1/2 inch rotational slack at the sprocket teeth)
Also, cleaned the light switch to get the Hella driving lights going for the dark season.
All back to 100% at 69,800 miles.

Spent a few hours last night doing intake and jetting mods on my Scrambler.
First I opened up the airbox and removed the baffle. Note: if you haven't done this already, save a lot of hassle and start off by removing the exhaust. This makes it much easier to get the side of the airbox off and also to get to the carbs for jetting.
Now the AI, snorkle, and evap system are gone. Air filter retainer has been opened up and jets have been adjusted accordingly.
Now if it will stop raining today I can take advantage of a day off and go for a ride!

I rode my T100 to work for the first time. 15 miles. 55 degrees at 6 am. Nice.
Now, the weather has changed and it's expected to thunderstorm this afternoon. Grrr.
I think she'll be spending the night in the parkade adn I'm catching a ride home tonight.

hey everybody ... here's my latest stuff:
full arrow. gold xring DID chain. open front sprocket cover from joker, black vortex rear sprocket, black headlight housing, painted wheels, all plastics & tank painted black with no labels, but tank has embossed black triumph logo, and the brand new progressive 444 model rear shocks (these just came out)
-- i gotta do something about getting some black handlebars, and something changed on ugly rear tail light. and ill probably end up powdercoating middle area on rotors, carb tops, and oil fill cap. all black
.

Rode to the local watering hole, won the 50/50 raffle and a bunch of other goodies. Saw this:

1949 Sunbeam, absolutely beautiful.

Moved my ignition to the left side of the frame. Thanks to triumph for pre-drilling the mounting holes and this list for pointing them out. Then installed my mini bullet indicators.
Liking the new slimed up front end. Off to the rear next.

Installed new Hagon Nitros yesterday, so of course it's raining today.

I had to move the ignition in order to install the front signals, see the hole where the ignition used to be is right behind the end of the mini bullet. Also, I'll soon be ditching the big black headlight brackets for something much shinier and slimmer.

They are EMGO indicators that I got from Dime City Cycles. Also come with a red lens if you're so inclined. I think they only come in chrome. They are great and just as bright as the originals. Only gripe, if I had one is the extension arms are really short, so they only stick out maybe 1/2" from the surface you mount them on. In my final configuration that won't be a problem, but if I were to leave them on the headlight it would be better if they were a little farther out.
