san francisco bonnie riders?
I'm in San Francisco on vacation for the rest of the week. I was walking down Beach St on my way to catch a boat to Alcatraz and I spotted this Bonnie. At first glance I noticed the Bub pipes, AI elim, 68 tank cover etc, does anyone belong to this bike?

Sweat, if you want to ride this week-end send me a PM. I'll let you ride my thruxton.

Sweat, you are killing me. i was in San Fran last may and I am dying to go back.
I love San Fran. I stayed at the Hotel Union Square which is one block up from the Cable Car Turn around.

no way!!! that's awesome. I'm here until Saturday. We're leaving Sat PM, like 2ish, so I'll probably have to be at the airport around noon. If you want to ride Sat AM we'd have to do it pretty early. I'm going to Carmel tomorrow PM. In the AM I want to go to Dublin to see Arlen Ness's shop. Hell, I'll PM you my number and we can talk it over.
thanks man!!!
Oh, btw, I don't have ANY gear here, helmet etc....got extras I'm an XL everything. Hell I'd be willing to buy the stuff and ship it home if need be just to ride here.

Have you had any chowder in a sourdough bowl yet?

Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

as if I could avoid it! It's everywhere around here, like as you get off the plane they hand you a bread bowl...
I've had it 3-4 times already, and lots of other seafood. Seafood is ok, I can dig it, but it will never replace Tex Mex and BBQ for me. Having lived in Austin the last 10 years, no other city compares in my mind, for many things, but food is one. In Austin, BBQ and Tex Mex meld into one, and some restaurants really do it right. Yum, miss it already.
