I've decided to make the Scrambler more road worthy. I already switched to Metzler Tourances.

Has anyone mounted a windshield and if so, how did it work out. I have a Triumph flyscreen but at speed it creates a lot of buffeting.

I'm considering an MRA shield from Twisted Throttle.

BTW, I'm 6'3" tall with a 32" inseam.

I have the National Cycles Deflector Shield which looks very similar to the shield you are looking at. I have mine on an 06 Bonnie and I have to pitch it way back to keep down the turbulence. I am 5'11" and 31" inseam. Here is a picture of my bike with the shield when I had stock bars. I have since changed to Super Bars which have less rise and less pull back so I am still trying to reset the shield again but I think it is going to end up about the same as this picture. Since you are taller you might not have to pitch it back as far to keep the bad air away from your helmet.
