new pipe stall

I just got my Bonneville 07 back from the dealership after getting new arrow 2 in 1's installed and my 6000mi. service. They told me that it didn't need new jets and that the dyno says its a good mixture and running good. My ride home was about 20mi. and the bike stalled at the stoplight twice. The second time was when I was over half way home so I know that it wasn't a not being warmed up enough issue. This makes me think it's actually running too lean and wondering if I should take it back or give it some more time. Does it maybe have to adjust for a while?

Take it back. There is nothing that will adjust itself over time. It should need new jets with that exhaust.

I just looked at the Arrow website in the FAQ's and they say that it is only strictly necessary to re-jet if the bike is "tuned up for racetracks". I still have my airbox and everything so I think the stock jets should be ok.

Diamond: If your 07 is running the stock 110's you were lean to start with. I went to 115's and 1 needle shim when mine was stock and it ran much better. I think Arrow may be giving a generic response for their exhaust. Try to find a good tuner with a dyno and forget the dealer.

I have not. I rode around today and had no stalls so I guess I'll see how it goes for a while.
