Hello, I'm new to Triuphs and just got a 1999 Trophy 1200. Great bike, but the horn and the brake light just stopped working... the brake light will light up when the brakes are applied, but will not light up otherwise. All the fuses look good... anybody have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Do you mean the brake lights work but the tail lights don't? Check the bulbs and sockets for blown/corosion. The horn may just be stuck. There is a screw on the front that can adjust the pitch/sound. Try turning it a little and see if that does the trick.

Yep, that was pretty much it!! The horn was dead, replaced that, put in 2 new 1157 bulbs in the tailight and problem solved!! I wish they were all that easy! Thanks.
