My solution to that problem was to drill it out. I progressively drilled larger until there were essentially just threads left on the end of the pin. I was then able to turn it out with either an Easy Out or by forcing an old screwdriver in there. If you can find a left handed drill bit, it may turn out in the process of drilling. Anti-seeze (copper grease) on the new pins should cure the problem.

Thats a toughy, the head is recessed. I would try an ezy out, the end of a larger size may just grip in the socket head of the screw.

Other than that, drill it out as sailfish suggested.
