Now what?? Missing intermittentely

It's happened twice now. Yesterday and last Saturday. I had been riding all morning, stopped for lunch for probably 30-45 minutes. When starting bike back up, had to use a little choke, just for a second, and then for the next couple of miles it will not run properly. This only lasts for a mile or so, then back to normal for the rest of the day. It won't do it on my short stops for breaks that don't last but maybe 10 minutes. Ever had this problem? Bike is an 02 Trophy 1200. Thanks!

Not yet! I have read though that it is likely needed. Where is the best place to buy them?
