Anyone else going to Barbers in Oct?

The vintage motorcyle race is the weekend of Oct 19,20 and 21st. I am planning to attend the Saturday race. Is anyone else going to this motorcycle Nirvana?
I will be riding my Trophy from Nashville to B'ham.
Mark

I'll be there all three days. BTW, Jack Goertz (Trophy4) is a volunteer there and I have corresponded with him. Ratatlanta is apparently going to be there in force, there are riders coming in from Arkansas and other parts of Tennessee. I would like to see a central RAT meeting place to get together and put some faces with these web names.

BTW, I only live 80 miles from Barbers. I plan to drive a cage for the Friday night event, then ride back and forth Saturday and Sunday. I may even lower my standards and let a buddy with a BMW ride with me.

Look forward to seeing you guys.

Lane

Yep, RatLanta should be there in force! They have reserved a primo RV spot (not sure whether it's on the hilltop overlooking the control building or in Turn 12 -- "Ducati Corner"). Look for the RatLanta RAT banner and drop in, park your bike, sit a spell.

Enjoy the races and the museum. I'll be working the info tent @ the vendors' area. If you get the chance, stop by and say "Hello!"

Ride safe!

I was at Performance Powersports of Chattanooga (the Triumph dealer there) and was talking with Mike Vaughn in sales. He said the Chattanoog RAT had already designated Barber's as on of their rides, and they plan to be there Saturday and Sunday.

Not sure of the exact location -- it will either be up on the hilltop above the Control Building or @ Turn 11 on the west side of the track (as far away from the museum as you can get).

Hope to see ya'll there!
