I have a, like new, Triumph Trophy 1200 Corbin seat with a Butt Buffer polymer gel insert for sale at $250. My big butt requires a larger stye seat for all day comfort.
I also have a Widder electric vest, as new and never used, size 42 for sale at $100. It does not have a controller but they are available at Cycle Gear for $29. My new passenger decided she was not into bike riding and has moved on. :-D

What saddle are you looking into to replace the Corbin? I am looking at a saddle upgrade, it's about the only thing I still need to do for my long distance friendly Trophy. Your Corbin for sale is a bit intriguing.

Custom made unit to suit by butt size. Had one made by local upholster for my Magna and it is much better for my shape. The Corbin is quite good, especially with the Butt Buffer polymer gel insert, but my butt is just too wide for the shape. The local upholster will use my standard pan and make it wider.

I know what you mean about that Corbin seat. I had to take mine off and go back to the stock seat. Rear too wide I guess. It put a nerve in my leg in a pinch, and when riding more than 100 miles, caused a lot of pain in that hip.

Stock seat slides me forward too much though. I guess I will have to add some padding to the front of it.

Tuffy 22,
Send me your email address and I will send photo of a seat style, that is made for the Trophy, and should assist for the long rides. Cost is high at $400 but shape is excellent.
I also found the Air Hawk cushion a good option for the long rides. :-D

Thanks.

There is an upholstery guy here who may be able to modify the stock seat to the style to mention.

Is the front edge of the "butt dish" on each side what gives you the pain? If so, I purchased a Corbin from one of the guys that posts in the Daytona forum that he sent back to Corbin and asked them to trim it. They did so and it fits great. I had an older Corbin that would hit a nerve right under my leg near the joint. This modified seat cured that.
Take a look at these two pictures. You can see the difference in the cut of the two seats.

Old Corbin

New Corbin
