38mm. What is your wrench source. I need the wrenches myself and it's $53.00 from Triumph.

I actually disassemble the tree and go at it that way with a regular socket that I bought from Northern Tool and Equipment. I also have limited access to the mobile tool trucks with my job so finding them would be easy ,I`m sure. Have you tried Mac tools? They seem to stock a lot of specialty tools in their trucks.

No, but I'll give it try. If I recall, someone posted that they picked up headset wrenches from a bicycle shop. I tried this but none (of the 6 I spoke with) had 38mm. All they had were 32, 36, and 40. The 2 actual bicycle mechanics I spoke with said they had never seen a 38mm bicycle headset. So if anyone knows somthing different please chime in.

If Mac Tools does not have it for less, I am just going to by it from Bikebandit.com They seel Triumph OEM parts and service tools. They sell them for $52 for the set of 2.

Need to get them ASAP b/c I had new headbearings installed at the dealer (at the expense of the insurance co.) a few months back and they have loosened up on me.

Bearing the pain!!

I adjusted my steering bearings in April this year and they are loose again, nearly pitched me to the sidewalk when I let go approaching a stop sign.I guess I shouldn`t let go ,but ,it showed me they need some TLC again!!! I think I`ll just replace them as they may be notched or warped to come loose so soon.
