I've got Gen-Mars on mine, As you're sitting on your bike , ball your fist and rest them a little bit back from center on the grips. That's about the riding position. For me, in conjuction with the Corbin Canyon Sport seat (with tasteful color matched piping) it's great improvement. :-D

Are there any other options besides the Gen-Mars? (I like options!)

Just fitted the Genmar risers got them from Jack Lilleys in Ashford Middx only downside is the plastic cover doesnt go back on the top of the bars still looks ok enough to stop the wrists aching thanks for the info guys.
You need to make sure all the cables are free afterwards
Looking into a new seat next

What you can do is carefully trim the plastic cover down untill it drops in place. Looks good on there.

Or if your dad's retired with a shop full of tools you can have the old***** do it for you and give him something to do :lollol: :hammer:

I too added Gen Mar's and couldn't believe the difference. I also used a "Dremel" rotary tool to carefully trim around the plastic head-stock bezel. It turned out pretty good, so I'm pleased with the results. Bought the Gen Mar's on-line from their site, they were around $ 110 (US).

I fitted one set of Genmar risers and while it improved the riding position I wanted less weight on my arms so called Genmar to see if they had a higher option and the salesman told me they were supplying double sets of risers, to some riders, who then fitted 2 risers to each mounting position by using longer mounting bolts. I followed the advice and now have a cruiser style sit up and beg position. I did not have to lengthen any cables but did reroute a couple.

WOW I would think that might be a safety issue, 2 risers held down by 1 bolt. I myself would like to do the GenMar riser thing but I am skeptical as to the safety of just one set installed let alone two.
