I'm trying to fit my GPS to my 900 trophy but the mounting only works on tubular handlebars, which my trophy does not have. Does anyone have an idea on fitting a bar across the handlebars or has done this?

Thanks

Bob

If you have the mirror mounts on the handlebars and they aren't being used (plastic plugs in them), you could probably mount one of the stem type GPS mounts in one of them. My '02 has the plugged mounts as the mirrors are on the fairing.

Hope this helps: Jim

www.gpscity.com has a number of alternate mounts for GPS units. Tourtech also has some nice looking ones that have vibration damping systems in them, and lock the GPS with a key on some of them, too.
