1200 Trophy Carb Issues

Hey guys. My bike has a few performance mods. I have the K&N filter and the D&D pipes and have had them on for several years. Recently the bike started running lean and popping became more prevalent during slow down. I noticed that the bike seemed to be running hotter at the exhaust and it even managed to melt the little black cover on the bottom. So I took the carbs out and rebuilt them with all new rubber and put them back in and balanced tuned and synced them. It made no difference, they were too lean and the pipes on 2 cylinders were still glowing red so I figured it was time to do a carb upgrade so I bought a jet kit and installed it. I put everything back together and the bike ran great. It was running and not popping and the headers were not getting hot but the gas was running out of the carb number 4. I took everything back out again and did not find anything. This is the first time I ever removed the floats and I am afraid that the O-rings were damaged in my effort to break the seal on them. Does anyone know where I can buy replacement O-rings for the floats, Triumph wants me to replace the floats at $50 a pop but I am sure that someone has found replacements in the past because I cannot be the only cheap person in the country. I already checked the rubber on the float needle and its still in good condition and I never messed with them in the first place. Any ideas? Thanks. Anyone with carb experience live in the N. Houston area?
