Anybody heard any news/rumors on the possibility of a new Trophy from Triumph?
I'd like to see them come out with a new one with at least 120 rear wheel hp and the option of ABS. Something to compete with the BMW R1150RT, Honda ST1300, Yamaha FJR1300...... :horns:

Keep dreaming. :razz: Sometimes dreams do come true! It's hard to believe that Triumph will let the sport-touring market go idle. The Sprint doesn't do it for two-up sport-touring!

Rumor has a 1300CC shaft drive coming - I thought for 2005 but I'm not sure. We can only hope.

When I bought my '02 brand new the rumors of a new shaft drive model were already rumbling, in fact I used it as leverage with the dealer- why buy the '02 when the "new" model was supposedly due out in 2004. Oh well, this is one rumor that was way off. I hope Triumph taps into a market that will make any Trophy upgrade worthwhile. Hell, as is the Trophy is a great bike. Any improvements and I will be at the dealer ASAP.
