Can anyone tell me where to purchase aftermarket 36 to 38 rear sprocket for Trophy 12.
I can find 40's but no lower. Any information will be appreciated.

Only 2 manufacturers I know of are JT Sprockets and Sprocket Specialists.
What ratio are you trying for ? :???:

Looking for 19-38. Currently bike is 19-40. Both of the manufactures you mention on the web site show that 40 is a small as they sell. I have not contacted them by phone or email to confirm but will do so next week.

I have the The 19/40 ratio and it performs quite well but I agree that the engine could pull a higher ratio. However not sure if that small a rear sprocket would allow chain contact with the rubbing block on the swingarm ? Another option is to try and locate a larger diameter rear tire. For example if you go from a 180/55 tire to a 170/60 tire the gearing effect will be about a 2 tooth change to a higher ratio. If you go from the 170/60 to a 160/70, offered in a BT020, then you increase by another 2 teeth
but tire width and thus handling may be compromised. :???:

A 20-40 combination would provide the same ratio as a 19-38.

20 can cause the chain to contact front area of drive housing casting.

Check with European cycle Sport in Plano. I bought sprockets for my Trophy there. They can't get sprockets from Triumph but they got mine in one day. They were Renthal sprockets ... and you can go to Renthal's website to see what they have for your bike.
