Cool Wheels for 96 Trophy

Can anyone help me out , I am wondering if the wheels ,both front and rear off any trophy will fit a 1996 . I do a lot of touring and always like to have a spare set of rims already shod , ready to install prior to a long trip.I just bought the trophy ,going from a HD to the triumph and this bike is a blastto ride, just wish winter had held off for another 2months.

IIRC, the '96 has 17" three-spoke Brembo wheels front and rear, right? (The other thing would be six-spoke Akronts with a 17" front and 18" rear, but I think that was only in the pre-North America years.)

Anyway, the wheels from any sport/touring 750/900/1000/1200 triple or four will fit. That's '95-'98 Sprint 900, Executive, or Sport (not Sprint ST or RS), as well as '91-'96 Daytona, '94-'96 Speed Triple, and '94(?)-up Trophies. Earlier Sprints and Trophies, and all Tridents, have the six-spoke wheels with the 18" rear. Those will swap over as well, but probably aren't what you want.

Cheers,
-Kit

You're lucky in that I have to come from Winnipeg Manitoba straight North of Austin.
