Have you checked out Bike Bandits website?
I've never had a problem gettin my original parts from there.

My carbs started leaking a couple of years ago. Back then there was a decent Triumph dealership in the area still, but they wanted too much, and the parts I had to buy just to replace the O-rings that were leaking were too much.
So I just pulled out my Harbor Freight O-ring kit and installed the closest size to the ones in the carbs.

That was at least 3 years ago, and I've forgotten all about it until your e-mail. The bike's still running great.

One of the last things I had to order from Bike Bandit was the fuel level sender assembly. Mine has corroded and fallen apart twice over the last 15 years. Bike Bandit got them for me in about 2 or 3 weeks if I remember right.

How were you trying to contact them?

Bike Bandit has illustrations on their website when you select to look for OEM parts. You select Truimph, Then you have to select the year and model of your Triumph, and the website takes you to the parts manual where you select the parts from the illustrated parts guide.

As far as the carbs you have on your bike, there should be info stamped on them that should help.
You may need the VIN from your bike to identify which parts you need.

That should be all the help you need, especially if you're someone who can rebuild your own carbs.

Try www.motolab.com

I bought all the o-rings/small parts for my Trophy carbs there, they know all about the Trophy and should be able to set you up for less $ then OEM parts.

www.moto-lab.com dash was forgotten above.

I haven't bought from them but they have given plenty of free advice and customer service. As much as I'd like to never buy any carb parts, when the time comes they've already earned my buisness. They have a good rep and are on advrider.com as a user and helps the guys out over there quite a bit.

I've yet to really decode what the website is all about, I'm guessing it's a work in progress.

At any rate, if you email them through the site in my experience they will get back to you very quickly. If you have questions or are looking for an opinion odds are they've got one for you. I managed to delete the emails I had from them or I'd pass you he name/addy of the guy who helped me out.

I think I just used this one to start a dialogue. inquire@moto-lab.com

Best of luck.

I've visited his company in sanfran, excellent guy and has all the knowledge you'll need to rebuild carbs including the plastic inserts I paid by credit card and even bought parts from him here in NZ.
Cheers
