Have I done right?

I have just traded a Victory Vegas 2007 for a Triumph Trophy 1998 1200. I wanted a bike I could use in all weathers. Couldn't believe it 1998 only 8500 miles on clock, full history looks like it has just come out of the showroom. I do a fair amount of touring did 10K miles Feb to August.
Look forward to seeing you on the road, this will be my fourth Triumph

Sounds like its what you need, the fairing keeps the rain off pretty well.
Bike might need the usual fuel lines/vacume lines/vent lines replaced or looked at if they havent already been done.
Rare to find one with such low miles,Ive certainly enjoyed mine every time I take it out.

Enjoy!

Not sure how well you did dollar for dollar....or pound for pound? But it's a really capable bike and overall pretty darn reliable. Definately be my pick for what your doing over the victory.
