I recently stripped off all the plastics on my '95 Trophy. Has anyone else done this?, how?,and is it a long term solution?. Photos SHOULD be attached.....

Let's Get Naked

Well see, part of my issue was the fairing was cracked after a fall, and the screen was cracked after shipping the bike from east to west coast moving. I ride the Ducati daily and the Trophy was always second fiddle. They're too similar and the Duc just does everything better (sorry). So while you might think the bike looked better with a fairing, the fairing itself was pretty buggered up. At least now I have 2 different bikes and can use them both for different purposes.

Haven't quite figured out what to do with the wiring, eh?

Cheers,

I think you just made yourself a Trident 1200. Our would that be a Quadrant?

I like that! I love my trophy, but I miss being able to see and play with the engine on a no fairing bike. That really get me thinking. Hmmm...

This is my naked D1200
Bandit 1200 headlight and brackets.
TBS pods with my original clocks.
I used a single headlight Trophy headlight loom to make the wiring tidy.
