I took my bike out for a little ride the other day only to come home a little concerned. My bike ran a little rougher that usual in the beginning but once she warmed up she seemed to be doing fine. Then I noticed that the the engine started making a popping sound while idling. When I reved the engine up it seemed not to be as noticeable but I could still pick it up. Also when I placed my hand over the muffler, every time I heard the pop, I would feel more air come out of the muffler. Any ideas what the deal is?

Also I've been noticing that my front break is very sticky. I've learned to deal with it but it's becoming a little annoying. I'll begin to squeeze the front break and it will all of the sudden grab. Again, suggestions.

Thanks.

How long since you've last ridden it?Do you have stock mufflers? When I put D&D pipes on mine it did the popping at idle and was really annoying. We richened the carbs and cured the problem. Also, check to see that your muffler clamps are tight.
