well i,ll answer it myself then

well people there not kawasaki 1200 forks because the bushes are twenty mm deep like the bandit and many others . i,ve spoke to the inkly factory direct and they don,t even know what the bush is which i find very poor when it should be a service part as with all other make of bikes . so what,s the anwser is it spend £300 on each new stantion . is it buggery so what i,ve done is buy other bushes that are 20mm deep and turn it down to 15mm job done . i,ve sorted the problem myself . so when someone tell,s you a bush can,t be turned down. just remember these,s word,s my ar##e it can,t . whats to bet someone will say they know what bush fit,s now. easy now int it . lol . i hope this help,s someone .

15mm Lower bush, what the explative!?!

chuckless - I know this is an older thread but I can't find that 15mm lower/inner/slide bushing either. My 1999 Legend has the Showa forks and the lower bush is not on the OEM drawings or in the parts list. I looked at the OEM drawings for the 1200 as well, lower bush is not there either.

Race Tech make bushes, their model naming convention is FMBI XXYYZ P, F= Fork?, M=??, B=Bush, I=Inner, XX= tube diameter, YY= height, Z= thinkness, P= Sold in Pairs. So I'm looking for FMBI 43151 P. If I type that model name into Google, I get hits on Race Tech's web site, but linking over to the actual page it just says "call for details". I emailed Race Tech, hope to hear back from them.

Sprint Manufacturing is listing a set of 4 bushes for the Legend (2 upper and 2 lower) speced out for the Showa forks with the 15mm lower. But just says "Contact for Details". I sent them an email via the web page just today. Hoping that can ship to USA.

K-Tech make an upper bush that works, but the closest lower is 20mm tall. I also emailed K-Tech.

I also contacted local Triumph dealer. Waiting for reply.

How did you turn your 20mm bush down to 15mm? That looks like what I need to do.
