New to me Trophy

Just picked up a 2002 Emerald Green 1200 with 15,500 miles.

I have a set of Genmar risers to install and it looks as though I need to trim the plastic panel that is now extending over the top of the bar mounts. Is this correct?

Looking forward to many miles of fun. Will post a pic when the rain finally stops.

An Emerald Green Trophy 1200, you say? They were the fastest, you know!

Welcome to the forum: Jim

But the Pacific Blue gets the girls! Most I have seen have removed the plastic cover to install the risers. Trimming it may look better if possible to do so.

Actually my Blazing Orange S3 seems to attract the most girls. Doesn't matter though since my lady has her own Street Triple and 1250 Bandit S. The perfect woman!!

"Attract girla"?? Seems that somewhere in my memory that phrase rings a bell.............I'll have to work on it.

The age of the "village idiot" has nothing to do with it, you know: Jim
