Has anyone stripped their Trophy of the fairing? I would love to see pics. I just took off the stock windshield and the bike is much more enoyable to ride--no wind turbulence!

I was thinking of removing the enire front fairing and turning my 96 1200cc into a naked bike. I think it would look like a Trident and might be more fun to ride (and a lot cooler temp-wise) without the bulky plastic up front. Has anyone done this?

Yeah, it's been done. I found some pics a while back but can't find them now. Google is your friend. The worst part will be dealing with the front fairing stay and relocating all of the relays. I have a stay you can have to hack up if you want to give me a few bucks and pay for the shipping. It's bent but you'd have to hack the parts that are bent off anyway (fairing mounting points).

Nearly there, just MOT'd and having fun testing the "bigbird". Was going to call it the "fatbird" but the wife objected.
