Hi

My battery is not re-charging, I have tested the battery - no current going into it.

I have looked all over for the regulator to check that but can not find it - does anyone know where it is please?

It is inside the alternator. Try this: start bike and disconnect one of the battery cables, if it stays running it is not the alternator, if it die it is the alt.
