Peg Lowers - Trophy 1200

Thanks to WIld Hair Accessories. http://www.whaccessories.com/

Don't be in a hurry for these - as they're ordered from a machine-shop in Germany, and shipped when they have enough of an order - then must clear customs. In other words, a couple-months lead time may be enough.

The pegs from this angle look like the exhaust interferes. It is well clear of the exhaust, I just can't get a better pic without moving a car tonight. The peg adjusts in increments radially. This one is a 50mm offset.

My wife is thrilled!!

Pardon the dirty bike.

Those of us who need more leg room should look at the following companies web sites for lowered peg options.
MFW-Wolfe and GSG-Moto and very helpfull with adjustable systems. Both have suppliers in the USA with Wildhair and Twisted Throttle.

Thumbs up Hoooray!

Just got back from a 2,000 mile weekend with the Trophy to Northern California. (Eureka area). My wife LOVED the peg lowers, and the additional gel-seat-pad. She's hooked on long-distance touring now. $190 well spent with the folks at WildHair.

My custom seat supplier said gel should be left to a womans anatomy enhancement and that modern foam rubber can really provide the ultimate comfort due to ability to shape to required contours and control support level using durometer level of different foams. All I know is that I can now take the really long day's ride with no pain in the nether regions using their seat.
As to the best choice of pegs I think the MFW have the best solution with the 8 position adjustment system.
