Airbox changed, now running rough

I've changed my airbox on my '99 Trophy 1200, the bike starts and idles fine but when I put it in gear and let the clutch out, it stalls, I have to rev the engine high to take off, also on hills I lose power.
I've taken the tank off twice to check for pinched lines but as far as I can tell, they're OK. The bike worked fine before.
Any suggestions???

air box

I'd be guessing you have an air leak, possibly between carbs and head.

did you change the airbox like-for-like, or did you substitute something?

I agree with "wheels", sounds like a vacuum leak. You didn't loose one of the black nipples off one of the carbs did you? When you reinstall the carbs on to the head boots try putting some lube on the flanges to help them slide into place.

Thanks for your replys, problem was unrelated to the airbox.
I somehow disconected one of the coil wires, so I had a Trophy 600. 2 cylinders were not firing. Amazing it ran at all.
Thanks again
